WordPress Care Plan – Contract

Website Maintenance Agreement

This agreement is between Fixmysite.com ("Provider") and the Client.

Scope of Services

Client is contracting Fixmysite.com to provide website maintenance services under one of the following WordPress Care Plans: Maintenance Plan, Security Plan, or Performance Plan. Services outside the scope of the selected plan may be subject to additional charges at Fixmysite.com’s regular rates.

Included Services

The following services are included based on the selected plan:

Maintenance Plan (from $99/month):

• Small 30-Minute Repairs (1 request at a time)
• Detailed repair notes for every job
• Email/Live Chat Support
• Weekly WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates
• Daily offsite backups with unlimited restoration
• Daily security checks
• Every minute uptime monitoring
• Daily performance check
• Broken link monitoring
• Weekly spam cleanup
• Weekly SEO ranking check
• Google Analytics integration
• Bi-weekly detailed reports
• Average job response time: 8 hours

Security Plan (from $159/month):

Includes all Maintenance Plan features, plus:

• Small 15-Minute Tasks (1 request at a time)
• Advanced security optimization
• 6-hour security checks
• Server-side scanning for malware and vulnerabilities
• Malware removal
• Audit logs
• Support for eCommerce, membership, and advanced sites
• Free upgrade for additional sites
• Web Application Firewall (with hosting option)
• Extra backup location (with hosting option)
• Average job response time: 8 hours

Performance Plan (from $239/month):

Includes all Maintenance and Security Plan features, plus:

• Speed optimization
• Mobile and tablet performance optimization
• Image optimization using Smush Pro Plugin
• Migrations between hosting providers
• Jobs checked by a QA team
• Up to 3 job requests at a time
• Average job response time: 4 hours
• Content Delivery Network (CDN) integration (with hosting option)
• WP Offload Media Plugin (with hosting option)

Custom Code

Custom-developed or modified plugins/themes are considered outside of standard website maintenance. Fixmysite.com will attempt repairs on custom code on a best-effort basis but cannot guarantee resolution.

Authorization

The Client authorizes Fixmysite.com to access their web hosting account, providing active username/password combinations for FTP access, and ensuring 'write permissions' are available on the hosting provider.

Contract Cancellation

Client-Initiated Cancellation:

• Monthly Contracts: The Client may cancel a monthly contract by providing 14 days' written notice. Any fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, and no further payments will be charged after the notice period.
• Annual Contracts: The Client may cancel an annual contract at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. However, annual payments are non-refundable. The Client will continue to receive services until the end of the contracted period, after which the contract will not renew.

Provider-Initiated Cancellation:

• Fixmysite.com may cancel a monthly or annual contract by providing 14 days' written notice for monthly contracts or 30 days' written notice for annual contracts. In the case of provider-initiated cancellation, any pre-paid fees covering services after the notice period for monthly contracts only will be refunded. Annual payments are non-refundable, but services will continue to be provided until the end of the contracted term.

Legal

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties herby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

By signing this document, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Website Maintenance Agreement.
