What do your monthly plans include?
Our monthly plans cover everything you need: WordPress fixes, support, plugin and theme updates, backups, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, and cloud hosting.
What counts as a small fix or task?
Small fixes (included in all plans) are repairs for things that were previously working and take under 30 minutes. Small tasks (included in the Security Plan) are content or setting changes — like editing text or swapping an image — that take under 15 minutes.
What if I need development work?
We offer custom development, redesigns, and new builds separately. You can request a quote or book work in blocks at our day rate.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add/remove services at any time.

Do I have to host my site with you?
Hosting is included with all monthly plans, but you're not locked in. If you prefer another host, that's fine — though some features (firewall, extra backup location, and CDN) may only be available when using our hosting.
